Dr. Wilhite is very happily married to Nancy. He has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He graduated from and completed his residency at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland. He has lived in Eugene for over 2 decades. Before settling in Eugene, he was the CEO of a hospital in Kenya for several years.
He is Board Certified and has vast experience in Thoracic, Laparoscopic, Vascular and General Surgery.
Currently, he is sub-specializing in hernia repair with an emphasis on very complicated hernias. He is an expert with occupational injury cases.
He enjoys traveling the world while competing in clay target shooting competitions. He also loves watching the Oregon Ducks basketball and football games and spending time with family and friends.
